Characterization of Some Phytochemical Properties of Myrtle (Myrtus communis L.) Fruits Grown in Different Regions

چکیده
Türkiye’de Akdeniz florasında yaygın olarak bulunan, tıbbi ve aromatik bir bitki olan Myrtus communis L. (Mersin) günümüzde çeşitli fitoterapötik uygulamalarda sıklıkla karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, bitkisinin meyvelerinden ekstraksiyon yöntemiyle elde edilen sabit yağların verimleri hesaplanmış kimyasal kompozisyonu gaz kromotografisi-kütle spektroskopisi (GC-MS) ile tespit edilmiştir. En yüksek yağ verimi %5.43 Bursa iline ait örneklerden Analiz sonuçlarında içerisinde 11 farklı bileşen Tüm bölgelerde en fazla bulunan asitleri sırasıyla %73.97-68.96 linoleik asit (C18:2), %16.60-12.04 oleik (C18:1) %8.86-8.51 palmitik asittir (C16:0). çalışmanın sonuçları meyvesinin zengin fitokimyasal içeriği besleyici özelliği sayesinde gıda, tıp birçok alanda kullanılabilirliğini ortaya koymuştur.
